If I could I’d put zero stars, I bet alot of these 5stars were either paid or they got some sort of discount for the review. My experience with Allstate after 3 years of being a customer is not pleasant to say the least, a lot of them are very rude when they don’t agree with you , they cut you off don’t care what you have to say they just want their money. I established this when they randomly started charging me for “2months in advance “ payments to renew my policy first time they said it’s only this one time because I missed a payment then the next three times they did the same thing when I asked about it they said “ it’s our new policy “ when I have friends who are also covered by them with the same vehicle as me with duis and speeding tickets and they are literally paying less than me for their same coverage ( to be mentioned) i hold a clean driving record.. no accidents tickets anything. This last incident was the last straw.. I called for them to quote me to get my insurance back with them .. Alice asked for my card information and said “ I will run the quote and give you a call back to discuss it” then I’m at work and see a charge that was double what my insurance was before ( she never called me to discuss this) just charged me and went on her day. Now I’m forced to sit here and wait for my money back all weekend while it goes through the stock market and profits them still . All while I gotta explain to my special needs sister on why we can’t afford food this weekend. Thanks Alice we really appreciate it. At least have the decency to be like “ hey we noticed a big jump in your policy would you still like the coverage” moral of the story if you have Alice answer your call make sure to ask for someone else all the other gals were super friendly and understanding this lady , not so much. I’d say you’ll have better luck at AAA or State Farm. And for they people still there I hope they don’t screw y’all like me

When I called to ask kindly for removal of their advertising list, speaking to maureen harris, she was asking me several questions. Every time I tried to speak with her, she continued to interrupt me and would not let me ask my initial question. After 6 minutes, I asked again that I answered every one of her questions, but she would not let me ask my only first question. When I tried, she said that I was disrepsecting her and I have to let her talk repeating 6x "DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!!!!!" over and over like a robot. My wife was standing behind me listening to me and thougth she was quite rude and insulting.

Do NOT do business with her.
