We have always had Great service with Piper McCredie Agency. They are always polite, and help us with all our insurance needs.

Update 2024: Well our car insurance has increased now every year and they cancelled our house insurance because we have a farm. Let me see, we have always had a farm, with dogs, and animals. Don't use Pioneer State or Progressive. They just suck you in and then raise your insurance or cancel you.

My experience with McCredie Insurance Agency is usually good. I have experienced the staff as being quite helpful, both in person and via phone/email. Their location is tucked away, out of sight, in an office complex that shares space with Redwood Lodge Restaurant and Holiday Inn Hotel, and their staff (especially their receptionist Julie) are readily able to offer assistance in finding them. I recommend McCredie for assistance with insurance needs.

I've had Piper McCredie as an insurance agent for about a decade now. Every couple of years I see an ad or something that promises I can save 15% on my car insurance or something. So I try the websites and get a quote, and you know what? It is always more than I am paying for my insurance through Piper McCredie. Also, they offer great service. I call, sometimes leave a voicemail, sometimes talk to somebody and they respond right away. They are always friendly and great people.

I have been a customer for almost a decade or more, however, I have NOT had a great experience like the others have said. I absolutely dread calling because of how rude and unprofessional the CSR's are to me and my husband every single time. We are asking for them to do much except add a car, delete a car, give a quote or a question about something. We're not asking for anything big by any means but we catch slack. I have told my agent and the owner of the company with zero response or not a care. Its a pain in the rear to change companies but that is exactly what we need to do by renewal. We don't need to be treated this way, after all, we're giving them our money, not the other way around. No payments missed or lapses or claims either. Just letting others know what they can expect. But we are courteous and nice to them anyway. Just all around rude like we are bothering them but asking for something. Trust me, we'd rather be able to do it online ourselves. Last time we got a guess on what adding comprehensive to a car we have. The CSR said it would be about $200 a year. I want to know exact not guesses. Not to mention all with an attitude. Its also weird you can't really work with your agent, only CSR.

By far the BEST insurance company I've ever had. I will recommend them to anyone. They are about service and being professional. I switched from allstate and almost gave them a hug on the amount of money I saved. Check them out and see.
