I have been with state farm since I got my license almost 20 years ago. First on my parent’s policy, then for the last almost decade on my own. I have never had any accidents, and one ticket in the last decade. This spring I took a break with them as I was not driving my vehicle. I went to reinstate and they denied me coverage. Not only did I lose any discounts I had accumulated over the many years I was with them, but they would not insure me. I’m a 35 year old woman with a clean driving record and newer vehicle. Ridiculous, don’t bother with them.

McGregor and Lily are the best. They have always given my family the best, most professional service while somehow still treating us like family. McGregor gave my teenage son his personal number to text him or call him anytime. They really treat you like family here. The rates have always been very reasonable and they always look for ways to save us money. I recommend everyone that will listen to look no further than McGregor for all their insurance needs.

Customer here for my vehicles. Nothing but the best from my two reps. David and Kerstin are top notch. I get responses the same day. I get to text if need be. Quotes were quick and easy. My monthly price for 4 cars is so affordable. Kerstin takes alot of time to ensure our policy is exactly where we need it. Being able to get ahold of staff so quickly and having personable experiences is what makes a huge difference in this world where some customer service values have been less than enjoyable. Badillo and Lily have always been very helpful, from the moment I got my first car insured with them I felt very comfortable being in their hands. I have been with StateFarm my whole time having a vehicle and then added rental insurance and finally in the past year I added Home owners insurance with the purchase of my first home. They are quick and easy to work with and very helpful and Knowledgeable. I personally work with Lily who is a huge reason I continue to do business with StateFarm more so than the overall service the company provides. Seems like she is always just a call away and always willing to take a moment to explain anything I might have a question on and what types of coverages are best for me and my situation. Are they cheaper or more expensive I have no idea because you can not put an over all price on the level of service Lily and StateFarm provides. It seems like she is always there and ready to help whenever you need her!

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic at McGregors. Micaela has been nothing short of amazing helping me with my auto insurance. As well as McGregor himself being extremely helpful dealing with my life insurance. Wonderful team.

The office can help with nothing but billing, literally nothing. I had an accident and Mcgregor told me its not his job to get my car back in my driveway the way it left, his job is only to collect the premiums. State farm customer service is very low. They also collect the deductable on a no fault accident, telling you you'll get it back, and dont follow through
