20 minute wait on the phone JUST to talk to a receptionist. The ever revolving agent-du-jour's voice mail box is full so no opportunity to leave a message. Receptionist leaves a message for "agent". Sent email to "agent". NO RESPONSE after 3 weeks. Renewals of policies at this agency are on autopilot; they just send you the renewal notice from the underwriting insurance company, not checking on current coverage changes, options or needs. No one to contact to discuss, so you end up talking to the underwriting insurance companies directly. Yah no, I'm out.

My experience with Mcgriff has been horrible. Would not buy insurance from this company.
Go directly to a company that actually writes the insurance and provided actual customer service for that company.

If you buy jobs insurance from this company. They will come back and force you to write your cars in order to keep your home insurance, or threaten to raise your rates on homeowners.

They will give you a quote that seems close enough to your car insurance premiums. After a year, your rates will increase drastically thru their underwriter and Mcgriff us just a middle man unable to get you reasonably priced car insurance.

Then when you go out to another company to get resonantly priced insurance again. They will threaten or send you a bill for leaving the policy early and once again threaten to raise your rates.

The bottom line is Mcgriff is adding several more hands to your insurance cookie jar. They will get you.
