One of their insures hit my car. They didn’t have the decency to contact me I had to reach out to them. Then they gave me a rental for 4 days. So I have nothing to drive in. The adjuster said they don’t do rentals in Alabama that makes absolutely no sense at all. The adjuster never reach out if I don’t call him I know absolutely nothing. It’s your responsibility to reach out and take care of this matter. Then he lied and said he would contact his supervisor about extending the rental. He never called to give an update. Had to call him again. This is ridiculous and they need to do better or get qualified adjuster who know what they are doing. He’s just so unconcerned and don’t really care. Do better your dealing with people and the horrible situation they were in that wasn’t their fault
