Been doing business here for over 20 years. I have always found these guys to be highly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I am very leery of some of the negative reviews on here and others should be too. Just too many folks who didn't even say anything. Others that have a 4 or 5 word response that doesn't make any sense. This company has stood the test of time because they take care of their customers. I wouldn't be surprised if those negative reviews are from other competing agents. Don't buy it. Go and meet with them and see for yourself.
