My original 2 star review was when I first lived in one of their managed rental homes. I have now rented a home with McNally as my landlords for over 4 years.
Customer service is much better and they resolve important issues timely.
They are easy to get a hold of and often I can contact the owner directly which means I eliminate the middle man and get quicker response.
I appreciate that they have nice homes to rent.

I'm a new residential tenant under McNally Investments. Very nice people, and responsive to my emails. I'm looking forward to living here in Visalia. Also, their office is easy to get to with ample parking. I would love to have a business to rent out one of your great offices, so we'll see what the Universe has in store for me.

I have rented from McNally Investments for over 5 years and have never had one problem. The office staff and the owners are professional and my experience with them has been wonderful. They always have time to speak with me, even if it’s just say, “Hello, how is going ?”

Have been leasing a home from Mc Nally for 10 years. During this time have NEVER had the AC on serviced but this summer felt it needed to be done ASAP. When we asked the people in charge they didn't want to send anybody to service the unit because it wasn't broken. Apparently they're not familiar with Preventive maintenance. So for 2 months continued to try and get them to send someone out to no avail. Then on a Friday evening the unit broke down. We tried contacting the realtor but didn't get a hold of anybody until the next day. Mind you it was 105° that day. The house was so hot I had to sleep inside of my car to get some relief that night. The next morning the realtor said they couldn't get anybody out to look at the unit until Tuesday I told him that was unacceptable that they could get somebody out Saturday and I could find somebody to do the work but they stated if we found someone to do the work that we would have to pay for it out of pocket. The woman I spoke to on the phone didn't even want to listen to my complaint and hung up on me. I tried to explain to her that I'm a diabetic and then my father is almost 80 years old and we need the air conditioning. I then found someone to come look at the unit and thank God it wasn't a major repair and I had it fixed for $85 that day. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and business

This is her son, we explained that my mom must have accidentally made this rating as she had no idea it was here. I even gave them a five star rating to help offset it (at the time we could not remove this rating). Very disrespectful to say this 5 years later and 3 years after my mom passed away.

I parked in their empty parking lot for 10 min. Literally 10 minutes to go into a business right next door to theirs. When I came out there was an "OK to Tow" sign on my car. It was also written in MARKER on my car.
This is horrible. They would ruin my week because I parked in the wrong spot for 10 min. I needed my car to go back to work. I would've been forced to call in until I retrieved my car. I would've lost pay plus the money it would cost to get my car back from the tow service. They probably charge a $250 base fee.
They could've just as easily left a note asking me not to ever park in their empty lot.

Mark is an amazing broker. Made the real estate transaction process much less stressful and provided top level guidance on making sound decisions on selling and buying property and every aspect of the process.
