I have been a customer of McShea Insurance over 15 years now for all of my Business Insurance needs. They have excellent access to great and fair priced insurance products, but then again, many agencies do. They have access to financing to make the large premium package easier to deal with, but then again, many agencies do.
What they offer that I have not experienced at other agencies is outstanding customer service. Yes we all hear that phrase regularly, but in all my years as a customer, I can verify that their priority truly is the customer experience and satisfaction in all that they do. Being in the Hospitality Business, that is one attribute that is always at the top of all that we do and it is nice to see that same focus with the great folks at McShea.
