Firstly I'd like to apologize for the initial review posted; unfortunately had a proxy to do so, & not reflective of what the true experience I received from MCF. After some initial confusion & frustration the AE Sandi Lucia helped to jump in to fix our issues, & was very attentive to help navigate some things through the system for us. I had 2 files going at the same time, one of which was a purchase that ultimately would up closing in 15 days! Also the C/O refi borrowers were very happy & satisfied, as they had less than a stellar experience trying to obtain a Heloc. I have used MCF n several files over the past year, & have come through for me, time after time. I wanted to be sure the right sentiments of how the team did was posted, & that I would fully recommend bring your borrowers here for the best possible loan process.

Andy Hong is our AE and he's been always helpful.
He is quick at any inquiries Im asking and his AM Joy is also a great team member.
These 2 are perfect combination who makes files closing smoothly.
We've been closing multiple files with Mega and without Andy's help, we wont be able to close the loans on time we expected.

Not the best experience here. The majority of the process I felt as if I were on my own, & if it wasn't for the strength of my client(s) & my own extensive experience this file would not have gone well. Responsiveness was really slow from all parties on the investors side. It wasn't until towards the end - when everyone was about to get paid when I finally started to get acknowledged.

Needless to say, MCF has lost a loyal client as a result.
