Very friendly, extremely fast. If you're used to long crazy lines, taking a number, and waiting for hours to even talk to someone... this DMV is a nice change imo. I don't see how anyone could complain about his office.

I'm new to this area & to Arkansas. I've had 2 or 3 interactions with this office & am always very pleased with the help I get. The ladies are professional, while being very personable, & they absolutely go out of their way to cover all that a person might need. After today's visit, I've got my Real ID Arkansas driver's license and my disabled Veteran license plate and a couple of handicapped placards. I never knew that a DMV visit could be so pleasant.
