The AAA are LOSERS. I can’t EVER get anyone to call me back and I was with the PEARLS Program and working with Jermaine Pastor and 👎 cuz he NEVER did anything to help me. Oh oh well he came to my place 4 times and 2 of those we ate my food and the other 2 He would tell me that “you do know their are people that are A Lot worse off than you”. Merced County agency’s are all LOSERS.

A+..... hispanic lady at the counter is always a delight to deal with. Asian ladys very helpful and informative. Would give eleventeen stars if i could. But i cant so ill do 3 reviews 2 for 5 stars and one for 1 star...thats how its works right ?

Found them to be courteous- well-informed, patient w/ elders - gave excellent directions for me to return home (no GPS) ! Good place to go for Seniors to get concise info/ help they need.
