My experience with Merced Yosemite Realty has been nothing short of excellent. Moving in is a breeze and when I call for maintenance for my apartment they are on it within a day or two. They also make paying rent doable by partnering up with best egg which is a rent paying program where you can split your rent in 2 installments which is a life saver for me and anyone who lives on a tight budget. Overall everything was great. When submitting maintenance request at times it is very difficult to get ahold of the property management team. As they almost never answer the phones. And when i say almost never, i mean you’re lucky to ever get someone to pick up. The texting is probably better option, but still sometimes do not get back to you. However I will say if you’re lucky enough to able to contact Jared(Owner), then he is very consistent to make sure he calls you back on his direct work phone. Other than that they worked with me on some things that I had brought to their attention and made it right. I will say though, if you’re having issues with your property it is most likely the owner of the property that is giving you a hard time and not Merced Yosemite Realty. But it is a lottery, you dont know what kind of property owner you’re going to get unless you directly ask them what the owner communication is like when needing to ask questions about the property. As my property owner as well would refuse to take any calls from both me and Merced Yosemite Realty, according to staff. But like I said Jared will take care of you. Just be kind when requesting maintenance or answers once you get ahold of them, and they are very kind back.
