This review is actually 10 stars! I live in Placer County. I don't particulary like the local MB dealerships as they have changed since Von Housen sold to Envision. I bought an extended warranty with the help from Sajad at MB Fairfield. He helped me so much to walk through that process. I'm really grateful for his help because I got into a recent mechanical problem with my car. A check engine light. Even though they are a bit away I turned to this dealership for help and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted and communicated with nothing but kindness, professionalism and an over the top experience. I met so many great staff members there and all my interactions were handled timely and beyond my expectations. They actually offered to come to my house in Rocklin and pick up my car and drive it back to Fairfield. After they repaired it they then in turn drove it back to my house! I was always offered a loaner car but never needed it. Complete door to door service! They handled all my warranty claims and just was so impressed with that whole process. During all this I met so many nice people there. Sal, Nic, William, Samantha, Katie and Mark. (Sorry if I left anyone out). ALL were incredibly polite and attentive in making sure I was happy and my situation was resolved. My experience is that this company is staffed and operated by exemplary employees who really care about the customer. I can't recommend this company enough. To all MB owners out there. Please consider the dealership in Fairfield. It's honestly more than you can imagine.

Initial checking in was great. Waited more than 20 minutes, just to receive my car back. My car was parked outside by the service drive way and no one approached me to let me know that the car was ready for me. I had to glance over to see if my car is ready. And I saw my car pulled out and seemed like everyone was just chilling, talking and laughing. Some of us has place to get back to such as where a mother who is desperate help of taking care of a newborn and toddler.
Ok, maybe it was kinda close to closing time. Understandable. It s Monday!
Walking back to my car, I did my thorough inspection and found a grease on beige leather seat. I m very concerned about how this dealership is careless for their customer. I do not recommend this service department. My experience from Fletcher Jones was 180 degrees different than this dealer. Disappointed. By the way, I m not sure what you all did to my car but Apple car play is not working anymore. Thanks alot

Mercedes Benz of Fairfield is amazing! My car was bought in for my 10 year service maintenance at 10:30am. I received a video of my car’s condition hours later and it was ready before closing. My car rides so smooth with my new tires and wheel alignment, spark plugs, oil change etc!!
