(Marshall) claims department only.
You really have to be involved when filing a claim with your claims department, they completely mismanage my claim and when shown their mistake all I heard was there’s nothing we can do about it. I have recorded conversations and each one admitted they did not do what they was supposed to do but supposedly told Justin a completely different story. The past several weeks with this company I have spent 10+ years with has been horrible, this company sent a 3 rd party uber eats delivery driver to come take pictures and assess my damages!!! Then sent me a garbage estimate that did not include all of my damages they kept saying I had to get a supplemental estimate… but you sent someone to my home who was not even affiliated with State Farm and based an estimate of of someone who didn’t even know what a quarter panel was… had I would have known that I would have fired this company long ago. Be careful who you spend your money with… this company does not care about you.
