Mershad is an amazing real estate agent. Without question, I would not have found the townhouse he helped me acquire without his help since the property was off market at the time. Furthermore he didn’t just show me the property, he made sure that the deal went through without a hitch and that the property, which was undergoing a remodel, was completed prior to close of escrow to my satisfaction. Additionally as I was out of town throughout the process, except for the initial walk-through, he worked with me to insure that I had all of the relevant information needed to complete the transaction even when it required him making multiple trips to the property to take pictures, videos, talk to the remodelers, talk to the HOA, etc. I felt that he was always willing to go that extra mile to make the process as trouble-free as possible, and me as happy with the purchase as possible.

I had to sell our house and move to a different place, a friend recommended Pat Miller to me. When I met her she told me she works with her daughter Katie Miller as a team. What an awesome lady Pat is! She is so patient, kind and helpful! Pat is also an expert about Sonoma County especially Rohnert Park. She answered the questions about the surrounding of our house very well because she seems knowing everything about Rohnert Park. The whole process is fast and easy (well not that easy but with their help it became way easier). Now my house is sold and the new owner is a very nice person. I’m very satisfied with the result.
