Extremely unprofessional. Not a member. O was a member for years and i closed the account due to not working in Framingham anymore. I called to ask for a letter stating I closed the account or the last statement and the guy with an accent that answered the phone was the rudest person, and he said “well you are not a member anymore” like because of that reason he can mistreat me and I asked him to give me somebody that can help me and he passed me to another guy, which they don’t disclose their names so they can be rude and mistreat you over the phone, and I asked him if he could send me the last statement and he was so rude as well, put me on hold without letting me know and then came back and asked “what’s the address?” And he said I am sending it! I really don’t know what happened with this Credit Union because before the employees were the best and sweet people in earth and now is the worse place to go! Beware and don’t waste your time opening an account in this credit union.

I've always felt like I was part of the family at the credit union. I have been a member since I was 18 years old, I will be 46 this year. I will never go to another bank. Low interest rates, great customer service. I'm staying.

I have been a member of the MetroWest FCU for 30+ years and they have become a cold, impersonal and not very good credit union in recent years.

They place ridiculous limits on ATM withdrawals for "protection of the member", dont do foreign wire transfers and have become much much stricter on loans even if you have an excellent credit or payment history at the credit union or on other loans outside of the credit union. I now do all of my banking with other financial institutions. I would give the MetroWest Community FCU zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY from MetroWest Community FCU - there are better options out there.

I absolutely love this bank:) I've been a member since January of 2014.and have never had any problems, there so welcoming and Lisa is personally my favorite teller! I've stuck with this bank since last year and don't plan on changing it!!

This place is great. They treat me and my father amazing. I highly recommend. I mostly deal with Kim and she is amazing, as well as all the other staff!

Extremely unprofessional. Not a member. On a call I asked how to become a member. I was told to come in and pay $5 to open an account. I told them I'll be driving close to 1 hr to get there. So I get there and I'm told I can't open an account because I live in a town that's not on their list.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful in person or by phone. I have been a member since 1976 and have only good things to say about this credit union.
