I was with this place for almost a decade. They canceled my insurance policy because my debit card got stolen. Then, without authorization, they put my wife as the primary on my insurance without letting us know, and without having her sign documents then they refused to let us know that we owe them money and sent us to collections without ever telling us that money was owed on the policy. When I went down to cancel it I talked with Priscilla on the phone. She was extremely rude. I’ll never do business with Allstate ever again.

I have consistently received excellent service from Michael Garza, Agent for over 30 years. When I search for better price or service, I find I am in Good Hands with Allstate Home Owners insurance. I filed only one claim in all these years which was handled promptly and satisfactorily.

My rate almost doubled in less then a year. I have been driving for 20 years no accidents, no insurance claims ever. But i guess allstate has to get there profits up. I guess the 15 billion profits last year was not enough.

Have been with this agency now for a couple of years. In the beginning they were helpful and convenient in that we could walk to the office. Over time they have not been so helpful and we have had issues with getting calls returned. Just yesterday we called in the early afternoon with an important question about our policy as we need to add coverage. The first person transferred us to a Freddy and he told us that he needed to ask a question and that we would “receive a call back in 5 minutes” well here we are the next day and NOTHING. We have tried calling the general number for AllState but they have told me twice that we need our actual agent to answer the questions. Hmmm how are we supposed you do that when they will not call us back.
I will most likely be changing AllState agents next week.

It's been great. I expect the best especially for what we pay for every month in coverage. After the minor accident my sister was involved in with another driver it was nice to feel at ease knowing our insurance company was fighting for us!

I gave Michael Garza one star because there is no option to give zero. He is rude, he never returns calls or messages, provides no helpful information and he acts as though he is doing customers a favor. Abysmal!
