I have been with Statefarm and Michelle's agency for years. Every few years I ask for a meeting to do a comprehensive review of all our policies. (We have we have eight different policies currently with State Farm). Michelle was very prepared for our meeting. Had reviewed each policy before my arrival and made suggestions to possible changes to each policy. Not only from coverage standpoint but also looking for ways to minimize my premium costs.
