We've been with Michelle's office at State Farm since October 2023 and we've been extremely satisfied! We have homeowners insurance and an auto policy through them and it's been great. Every time I've needed to change something, someone has gotten with me promptly to get it handled! Our rates and coverage is great and everyone is always so friendly. I would 100% recommend.

I had a deer jay walk in front of my Pilot, resulting in some grill damage. The initial large body shop time frame for the repair process was over 3 weeks. When I spoke with Michelle she said let me see what I can do... so, like a good neighbor, she researched and found a very good smaller shop that would do the assessment and order parts without taking possession of the vehicle until it was ready to repair. The body shop had the vehicle for just 4 days and did a great job. So the policy coverage paid the majority of the rental car and I have Michelle to thank for a much better than expected experience... and I didn't have to be a professional athlete!

This office is awesome! When it came to needing homeowners insurance quickly due to our previous company not covering our new house type Michelle and Jazmin got a quote to us in no time!
