Never had any issues are problems that Mike didn’t take car off in a timely manner.
His office staff will to help at a speedy and efficient manner.Always phone call away from all the help you need.Had other Insurance company in the past but none as efficient as Mikes group.Will not go to anyone else.

I have continued my policies with Mike Boyer's office even though I have moved out of the area because I appreciate the down home feeling I receive every time I call his office. Mike and his staff are very professional and unbelievably prompt in their response to any request. Their customer service is exactly why I choose this office for my home insurance. We now have business insurance with them, too! As a long-time Bakersfield resident, I appreciate the local connection with people who live and work in this community, and I know that I can reach out to them if I have a question. In addition, they are very patient with me when I miss a payment (not that that has ever happened ...), and kindly call to remind me. I honestly do not know what they could do to improve their service; it is the best!
