At the agency level I am very satisfied with the services I have received over the past 20 years or so. Mike and his team are very professional and responsive to my needs and inquiries.

At the firm level I am disappointed with having my homeowner's insurance policy cancelled due to a water damage claim. There was no offer to help me find coverage and I felt this was unprofessional of ALLSTATE and not necessarily the Agency.
What is the point of having any type of insurance if you are threatened with cancellation when you need to use it?

Allstate is the best you are definitely in good hands with Allstate. I dreaded calling after an accident uninsured driver. I called three days after the accident but to my amazement Allstate took care of everything in two hours. I had the money to repair my car everything a rental it was unbelievable. I will never ever go back to auto club. Allstate is absolutely the best! In fact, the other people that were involved in this accident for switching over to Allstate. Thanks 😊
