Minette Mendoza is amazing and very professional at her job! As her client, I felt that Minette went above and beyond for us. Minette and her team worked hard to sell our house (over the asking price) and simultaneously also helped us purchase our dream home within a short time! Buying and selling at the same time is obviously not easy and can be challenging but we were so impressed that Minette and her team knew the groundwork, strategies, and proper planning that made it all possible. She sold our house within a weekend and multitasked to show us new homes. She was attentive to our needs and was very flexible working with our schedule. In addition, she is extremely responsive to our calls and e-mails and takes the time to explain all the different processes (escrow/lenders)/documents involved in both selling and buying process that made it less stressful.
