Terrible, just wanted an estimate on my returns, and they didn't even tell me at the beginning they have a text estimate fee of $100. After he gave me an estimate he then charged me $100. Never had anyone ever charge me a estimate fee. ATLEAST TELL ME AT THE BEGINNING before doing my paper work.

I have a low opinion of the deposit staff at this store. They are inattentive and inattentive to working with customers, making billing mistakes. I called to see the manager and they wouldn't let me see them. The staff didn't even check the camera for me, I'm so sad because a place is rated 5 stars like this. I won't go back

Mr. Quoc was the best accounting for me. He made sure I understood the process of getting my federal refund and paying back my state taxes. I love this place. I've been coming here to buy insurance and get my taxes done since Covid. The vibe here is great. Everyone is so polite and they get things done in a timely manner. Something you do not see too often at other places. Mr. Hai and Mr. Quoc takes care of me very well. It is sad to see how people can negatively comment on a place like this. Negative people will never understand how much help Mr. Hai has done for me and everyone else in the Vietnamese community of Atlanta. He truly is the best and I'm glad I went to him in 2020. shoutout to my mom for introducing us!
