First of all I would like to say thank you to Mrs. Elizabeth Banks! She was very kind, helpful, and patient! In the midst of our financing journey my mother got sick. She sent her blessings and put everything on hold until my mother was better. I am truly grateful for that. This financial institution is not trustworthy at all. You are 10 days late with your payment and they want to repo you. This is their way of making money. They take your initial payment and a few months' payment and when you are about to finish the loan, do not be late because at any moment they can take your truck and you will lose all your money. It is a huge scam. This is my first and last loan with them!

Please don’t ever use these folks. They don’t work with customers at all. I sent in my payment via mail and the post office got it running late. I sent them my money order pics and receipt with the tracking number. All I ask if mission was if they could wave the late fee and they told me no cause it’s not in their hands. This place is terrible DO NOT USE THEM!! I regret it.
