At first I was like not bad but after my experience yesterday I have never in my life come across what I came across. I swung by before the initial incident and they couldn't take money off my card I had to go to Chase to do that to come back and deposit money in this account the thing is no one told me they were closing early for training despite me clearly saying I would be right back literally was almost begging as I needed to get my money in to pay bills and teller said k bye in a snotty tone. Wasted my time and money and now it's possible I am going to get late fees. Terrible service

I appreciate how they are willing to go the extra mile for you, from loans to credit cards and my personal banking. I like the fact they when you pull up to drive through or walk into the branch they know you and are very welcoming.

Been waiting 2 days to use the money in my account and still can’t. Was told several times that because I used the atm to deposit my check I had to wait 24 hours. It has been 30 hours. Very frustrating had many experiences like this with them putting hold on my payroll checks and holding money for no reason.

Went here to open new accounts and inquire about rates, as we were told theirs were fairly good. Was told we haven't lived "here" (Mohave County) long enough (3mo) even though I literally work FOR the county (1 yr). How they get enough customers and new money to stay solvent is beyond me. Buyer beware when their rules are so stringent they chase away new business. Went to AZFCU and now earning an amazingly high interest rate on my entire savings, better than the rate of return on money market with Navy Fed! So it all worked out for me. For Mohave credit union, not so much. I'm reminded of the scene from Pretty Woman..."Big mistake!... Huge!" They just declined a pretty sizable influx of capital.

They repossessed my truck despite my having not missed a payment. Any advice would be appreciated! Update! They got my truck back and delivered it to me for free! Love this place

Never before have I encountered a ATM fee at a network credit union until today.....

Credit unions have been known for allowing other credit unions on the network to provide additional services to their members.... NOT THIS ONE!

After 17 years at another Arizona Credit union, you're missing out on the Superior Service and the Quality of a awesome bank that number 1 of anyplace throughout the state of Arizona
