I haven't received a tax bill again. Looking to pay property taxes, go online, says $0 owed when I try to pay by their online processor. Then I go on the maps and its states delinquent. I I have no idea how much I owe. I'll probably end up with interest penalties again even though I never received the tax bill and online info is simply a contradiction. The only way I ever find info is to call on the phone and by that time it's always past due and I always owe more. Pretty bad. 2 stars because the people I talked to have always been pleasant. At least there's that.

Never received our tax statement for property taxes 2021...but I did receive the delinquent tax statement!
You can't call because the phone number they give is a non-working number. I know the treasurer office can do better than this.

I've owned several lots in Mohave County since 2009 (9 years). I've never had difficulty paying my bill or finding out what I owe. The tax rate is reasonable for all of the property which is unimproved. Very easy to Google the county and obtain all the info you need.

Trying to pay my 2019 property tax now for 2 weeks online and cannot because it is not working. Why would you guys change how we pay taxes online to a new website when the one directly to Mohave’s county’s website was excellent? Unbelievable!!! Now we have to go to the court house to pay in person, gurrrrr

No one works in this department. The ones that show up have a bad attitude. This department is the worst run department it the history of AZ. The records are delinquint. Years in the rears. Discussing managment. The county needs a new Treasury Secretary!!!

UNBELIEVABLE ..the employee I talk to would NOT tell me what paperwork the county requires to change vesting on a property ...IT"S A SECRET... they say providing the information would be giving tax advise. No information of any kind was made available.. no information was given on where I might find internet information or forms.

Funny how impossible it is to find out my total tax bill as I cannot find Mohave county total current property tax bill anywhere online nor do they ever mail such information to me
