I have been a customer for several years. The prices are excellent and two years ago I submitted a claim which was handled promptly with no questions.
For anyone over 80 this company saves thousands every year. The limited amount available for coverage is of no concern to me as I travel to Mexico where medical costs are very reasonable.
Thanks Seven Corners! I couldn’t afford to travel without you.

Please stay away from this company. They are true scammers and thieves. When you buy it they take your money right away, but when you ask for a claim, it takes them months to investigate to finally deny your claim.

Strike 1 was the length of time that it took to get to my claim. I submitted all the proper documents and about a week went by with no response whatsoever. Finally, I decided to call and was told that they recieved my email and attachments, but I would have to wait 35 days for an answer. Strike 2 was when the claims rep sent me an email asking for a document I had already attached. Strike 3 was when the claims rep completely misunderstood which flight I took, obviously having never bothered to read the email I sent in the first place.

The claim was denied because these crooks only cover flights that have been delayed for over 12 hours by a common airline. The only thing these scam artists cover is missed flight due to unfortunate death in the family or missed flight due to car crash.

Save yourself the money, this is a ripoff.

terrible customer service, they ghost you and randomly increase the turn around time, was 6-8 weeks to review, now it's suddenly 12 weeks, i had to call to find out. Absolutely avoid
