My experience today was rushed. I’ve been trying out contacts again. I did not get Dr. Omar this time around but Dr. Daniel Beck instead (and I am currently in the office right now as we speak). Dr. Beck ended the web session while I was in the middle of continuing to discuss my recent contact lenses prescription. Unacceptable!!! This is my first time ever using Web medical assistance anything and I don’t plan doing this ever again!! I need a doctor to touch me and not be rushed through an 8x10 video screen. Dr. Beck needs to be a little more patient and not just be so quick to end and hang up on a patient. I didn’t invest my money to be rushed by an expert when it comes to my eyes!!

Excellent customer service. The virtual doctor was great as well as the ladies in the office. Very friendly and professional. I recommend this office if you are looking for great customer service. Arnetta and Melissa were fantastic and very helpful.

I went to myeyedoctor in Laurinburg yesterday. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor. They look me on time, were very friendly, the exam was thorough, and they explained everything clearly. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Melissa is A+ at finding glasses that fit and suit different faces. Was there with a friend and she found glasses for both of us that we love. We went into after hours and she was so patient and fun.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Bowling is amazing. He is my hero.He and his staff could not have treated me better they are all the best. I have/would recommend him and his staff to all my friends and family. He suspected I had a cancerous spot on my eyelid and he went to the extra mile to refer me to a specialist who confirmed his suspicions. Because of his concern and care he has prevented me from losing my eye or worse. THANK YOU SO MUCH. (This review is from patient Cassandra).

I had a appointment @ 2 pm . I was 5 mins late . But with insurence co pay is 15 . They wanted to charge me 54 for a eye imaging that i just had done not even a yr ago . Said its required . No its not , yall just trying to get more money out of people . If it was a required then why isnt my insurence paying for it .

I myself have had several bad experiences with receptionist Charlotte. She is rude and has incorrectly billed me on many occasions. I have an impossible time getting perscription eye drops refilled. Requests get ignored every time until I call. Many occasions have called multiple times. My wife and I will find some where else to go for our eye care. I really like Dr. Bowling but the incompetence with the administration is very frustrating. I have over looked this way too long.
