Nancy Kunes has been taking care of me for over 8 years. This agency customer service is beyond great! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Through a bunch of different experiences I had being a first timer getting auto insurance sorted and attempting to acquire a reasonable cover vs affordable premium. Got burnt a few times by the sharks in the business who would offer you the lowest of the minimum cover required in California but charge you an outrageous rate. The 1st insurance provider I got hooked up with through the auto dealer kept upping my premium thru one reason or another and just within a month I had like 4 upwards adjustments and was paying around $356/month....long story short....I couldn't be more happier because a more deeper research led me to Allstate who ended being the best in a range of comparisons I recorded.

Nancy and her team are amazing! I've used many insurance companies both personally and professionally (small business owner) and Allstate because of Nancy and her team is the one that i'm sticking with. Anytime I have a question or issue they are quick to respond (usually I bug Sheena and she always treats me like her #1 priority). Occasionally there is a question one of the staff may not know and when I get on the phone with Nancy she is quick to provide me with the answer. A lot of insurance companies have that used car vibe where they make you feel dirty after talking to them, I don't get that at all with Nancy and her team. Thanks!!

The last insurance company I did business with I never heard from, the times when I called them they were slow to respond and on a few occasions I had to make several attempts to get a response. Since I change to Nancy Kunes office everyone in the office is responsive to any inquiry or call. They often reach out to me monthly in some way i.e. email, newsletter or call. I would highly recommend this office and commend the way they work with their clients.
