Avoid this branch if you could. Bunch of newbie doesn’t know how to open business account. They said they will call me back but never got call. I booked another appointment online with same branch as it is nearest to my home. I was told the person I have appointment with is on vacation for the week. What a joke. Do not waste your time in this branch

I went in to take my name off of my parents account!! Told the teller what I wanted to do and another lady from across the room says you can’t do that!!! I asked why She said because we would have to create a new signature card!!! She telling me this without even looking at my account!! I said I am taking my name off of this account!!! When the lady from across the room, who was telling me I can’t do this, finally looked at the account, I closed the account completely!!! Find out what the circumstances are then nicely talk with me about what I can’t do!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!

Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated when trying to get some papers notarized. I use National Bank because of the personal service I was receiving in the past. Very rude and condescending. I had to use a mobile notary, there was no problem with my paperwork. ?

Don't expect to get to your money if you have a family emergency or you need to buy a vehicle for your child. I was told both times that they do not have that kind of money off hand and that I would need to phone ahead and all I was purchasing was a used car under 6k. It took over a week to get my debit card also. God forbid you should lose yours and need to go into the bank and see a teller. It took me an hour and a half to even register for a new account because of frozen computer issues. I definitely recommend you think this bank over because I regret ever putting my money into an account with them.
