Trash !!’ Refuse to pay, for a roof claim, I’ve been with this no good company for 20 yrs filed a roof claim once (the amount I received wouldn’t cover a dog roof roof) then file another roof claim 14 years later, which they dismissed, stating I never repaired the roof, from the last time, LIES, I have proof the roof was repaired & my policy states it’s covered. Back & Forth they won my 💰 money never pay me for this claim, after 20 years as a valuable customer

This company is a fraud real real bad I just put a claim on my roofing and takes like a month to resolve and after that I called to Bobby the person in charge and she said she can’t cover the leaks on the bathroom they send me 4,000 dollars to fix the roof
🤦🏻 not enough the guy that fix my roof it was laughing because 4,000 not even cover-the half of the roof…

Do not use this carrier. Had wind and hail damage from storm in May. Refused to pay saying the damage was old and it was not. They will do anything so they don't have to pay you. All they want to do set a desk and look at pictures. The guy that was sent out said I should be able to get a new roof. They do nothing but contract out people to stick it to you. Bad company to deal with in my opinion. They like to argue with you on the phone also.

I want to give them 0 star if I could. Terrible terrrible services. I cancelled my policy and after one month, I have not received my refund. I called them and was told that the cancellation was on hold. ON HOLD for no reason!!! Now I have to wait another 2-4 weeks to get my refund. I feel so relieved now that I cancelled my policy with them. It's the best decision that I have ever made.

Great company to work with. They pay their claims in a timely manner. I understand insureds get upset at times with the claims process but National Lloyds//Summit is an excellent company

When this was just Lloyd's, we had no issue. It would've been 5 stars, but since they changed their name and logo, they would get 0 from me. We received a letter saying they were changing name and logo...no biggie. I keep reading and then I see they basically will double my home insurance from $1200 to $2400 in October. Nope, you guys are high. I'm pretty sure this is a whole new company because it's not Lloyd's by a long shot. I immediately shopped around and canceled. I was able to get my car and home bundled saving me $2000 a year. We then receive a letter today saying our cancellation date. These guys stretched days and will leave us with a lapse in coverage for a few days. These new people definitely do not care about their people. Glad I'm leaving.

They issued me a non-renewal notice for inoperable vehicles and debris. I have no debris and I have no inoperable vehicles. I do have vehicles I’m working on, but you can put a key and starting them up and drive them they’re not in operable. And they are parked in the driveway
