Jason and his team are what I call miracle workers. If you have a grain of possibly, they will take it and turn it into an approval. I was told no/ not approved by other companies. But when Jason got my case I was approved immediately. They don’t mind going toe to toe with anyone on your behalf. I thought only lawyers fight so hard for you, boy was I wrong… Incredible is an understatement. Jason is a family man, a man of integrity and a way maker. Jason had went above and beyond for me. He is not your typical 9-5 man. I literally texted him at almost 8 pm and he was at the movies with his wife. He answered the question I had. Another time his was all ready in bed and called me after a text. This man got it done for me.

I’ve been to him two times in the last couple of years ago and never wanted to help me when I had great credit and bad credit. The first time I had I tried to get pre approval from him and he didn’t want to work with me. I had a great credit report but my debt to income ratio was off. I went to another lender at USA mortgage and they helped me through it all and bought my first home and told me what I need to pay off and I did it in the last 4 months and got my house. I tried to go with him again because to buy a home and sell my home I explained my situation and he didn’t want me to help me through it because I had bad credit after I lost my job. He told me I have credit for a FHA loan but I missed a lot of payments. I told him what I was gonna do and have it payed off all my debt and still have enough for a down payment on a home that I was wanting to buy. So if you have a great credit and barely any debt he’s great. But when you have a situation like me all he’s gonna tell you to work on your credit. I would shop around lenders and see if they want to help you like situations like me because it shows that there not here for the money.
