Not even sure who my agent is anymore.
Dropped a coverage for renters all most a year ago because I bought the house I was renting . Find our a few months later that I was still being charged. Call again. And they offer a quote for homeowners fir my bundle and sent it via snail mail. Still being charged/ robbed a year later. A Nationwide member since 07. UPDATE, canceled my coverage due to finding another insurer. Find I have a bill still through Nationwide that's been sent to collections and dinged my credit. 2/8/25

Alba did an incredible job with our homeowners and auto insurance policy. I went to her as a second opinion, but I was reluctant that she would be able to beat the quote on hand as it was a pretty good deal. SURPRISE, Alba was able to get me a lower premium with MORE coverage. She is amazing! Highly recommend her and her colleagues.

If I can rate different reps separtely i would. Called yesterday and added 2 vehicles and was not made aware that it was going to be a completely different insurance company then my other vehicles. Rate 1 star. Called today trying to figure out information and spoke to Jessica. She had a horrible attitude. As I'm not aware of this company I had some questions and was meet with sarcasm and no help at all. She became fustrated and transferred me over to Jose thankfully he was so helpful and answered all my questions and I decided to keep all 6 of my vehicles with them. He deserves a 5 star rating.
