I highly recommend Storer Insurance Agency in Springfield, VA. I have had my home and car insurance with them for more than 30 years. Tom Storer was my original agent and he really helped me a lot. Now his son Shane Storer runs the business and he is also very helpful. I recently had my insurance company give me a hassle with my roof. Shane was able to help me understand what they needed and communicate with them for me to get the issue resolved. He explains my coverage when I have questions and takes the time to give great customer service. In these days it is rare to find good customer service anywhere so I am very happy to be with Storer Insurance. Mr. Storer, thank you so much for all that you do, I really appreciate it!

Storer Insurance Agency is an excellent company. It has been my agency for several decades and I stay with them because of the personalized service that they provide. Simone is excellent at the front desk guiding clients through the intricacies of the insurance world, and Shane Storer is an attentive, intelligent, and knowledgeable agent who has the patience to listen so that he can research and find the best policy to best address your needs. There have been times when a slightly lower price has tempted me to change agencies or abandon agencies all together, but it is reassuring to me that Shane and company always have my back and are there for me to consult should I encounter a difficulty. I could not recommend the Storer Insurance Agency more highly.
