The level of service is awful. They bought out our old agency and it is a nightmare. Nobody can answer a question. I used to call my insurance agent and get an immediate solution. Lots of passing the buck to someone else. Will be switching to a new agency ASAP!!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND TROUBLE. Do not purchase home insurance from this company. This is a shady two-bit operation, formerly known as Lukatsky Insurance. They had to change their name because of how many people they screwed over. They canceled the home insurance policy of a loyal customer who's been with them for over 15 years out of nowhere with no warning or explanation whatsoever. They sent an inspector to the wrong address of an adjacent building on the other side of the street and assessed something that was against their policy and didn't even belong to the insured property. Who the hell does that?! They do not honor their policy or the insurance premium you pay them; they're just out of steal your money. I honestly doubt they would even pay out if something happened anyway. Stay as far away as you can from these clowns and go with a reputable national insurance firm—anyone but these clowns.
