This is by far, the WORST insurance company EVER - not really becasue of the policies offered - but because of the poor customer service. Dottie Rice is the worst representation of customer serivce - EVER.

probably the worst cmpany I have EVER dealt with. Can't get anyone on the phone and deal with automated crum. HAVE NEVER been able to reach anyone even though I am a client. They should say if you really don't care press 1 because they don't/
