She has always been there to answer questions and find the MOST appropriate and COST-EFFECTIVE programs for both Medicare part B and part D, even if she is not compensated by the plan she recommends. Since Medicare enrollment comes at year end – the busiest time of the year- I can always count on Nicole to make the enrollment process easy and stress free, allowing me to have more time to enjoy the holidays. Our experience with Nicole was truly an educated session as neither my husband or I had any idea of how the Medicare program worked. We had done some research, however felt it was like walking into darkness never ever able to see the light on the subject. With Nicole's professional expertise as well as acknowledging that she has been dealing with Medicare Supplemental Plans for over 20 plus years, we knew that we were in great hands! In addition, she was very patient, kind and understanding of our illiteracy on health insurance programs after retirement. She went as far as explaining every plan with joy and ease that was best for us, giving pertinent information and detail needed for us to proceed.
