I was referred to Nicole and her team through a friend of mine, Will, who happened to also be my car salesman at Richmond Ford Lincoln. I’m so thankful he referred me to Nicole and her team. Nicole quoted our auto, homeowners & umbrella coverages. Unfortunately, we did not move our business because the savings was not substantial & our current carrier is very competitive from a premium + coverage standpoint.
However, Nicole was very friendly & responsive from start to finish (even after we informed her we would not be pursing). She seems knowledgeable from our brief conversation & we will be keeping her in mind for the future.
