Krystn is a very caring & concerned agent! She works hard to find what works for you regarding premiums & coverage, no job too small and she makes you feel valued as a client! She stays in regular contact w/you via email and phone as needed while you are waiting to hear if accepted for coverage or not. Always available to answer your questions, even if redundant, she will just answer them again and insure that you understand. Great to work with and will again as needed for the future!!

Krystn was very helpful with my Mom. We spoke with her about possible options, and Krystn reviewed the policy my Mom had in place. What we appreciated most about her help, is that after looking it over, she suggested sticking with the plan we had. It provided everything Mom needed at the time. My Mom’s older, and it was really nice to not be given a hard sell or an up-sell or, my favorite, trying to scare my Mom into buying something she didn’t need. We both really got the sense that Krystn was trying to find the best solution for us, which in this case, we already had in place. I will definitely be referring friends to Krystn for an honest and straight forward assessment of whatever insurance they may need.
