Brian is the bomb and an answer to prayer! And all of this through the very difficult and emotional sale of my father’s home after his passing. And not only did Brian prepare me for a first week of massive interest and offers facilitated by a very compelling video he created, but we closed for more than $100,000 above asking price. I could not detail in anything short of what would seem like a novel how many hoops Brian was able to jump through, and overcome the virtually impossible to make this happen. This man works as unto the Lord, and is our only consideration for any future real estate transactions. Thank you Brian.
