The worst insurance service in the city. When I had an accident I called them, because I was trying to get help. They gave me only a 1-800 number where I had to call and I had to do everything by myself about any claim. Later I called them again why they had not helped me and why they just gave me a phone number. They were very rude with me on this second phone call.
If you want to get a very good insurance company and an agent that is better, stay away from this particular Allstate office and the agent Peggy Romero.
I totally recommend Geico or any other company where they really care about their costumers.
Don't believe the good reviews, because they are made from personal friends of the staff and agent of this insurance office. I was a real client and now finally I am out.
I am now with Geico who has better prices and MUCH BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE.
