I've been an auto insurance customer for 10+ years and always recommend them to friends and family. They are professional and polite and always respond in a timely manner to every request I've ever made. It is so much nicer to email their team, people I've interacted with in the past, to ask to make a change compared to calling an 800 number. Highly recommended.

They were able to save me over $1500 on my home/auto insurance while also adding an umbrella policy! Took about 15 minutes to provide information. I was then sent a few documents and videos detailing coverage, premiums, etc. I had a follow up phone call with Joey to go over any questions and finalize everything. I think it’s worth everyone’s time to at least get a quote from North Town and see if there are any potential savings out there for you. $1500 for an hour of “work” is hard to beat!

Seeking insurance is, by it's very nature, an anxiety producing situation. When it's done because your insurer has chosen to cancel coverage (due to changes in their policies), it's even more stressful. And then we decided to call North Town Insurance. Tyler took my initial call, assuring me that they could help us. Aaron took on the task from there. He asked questions, listened to our responses and concerns and helped us find a new insurer. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Aaron at North Town Insurance. He wasn’t just able to beat what I was paying with State Farm, but he actually ADDED renters insurance for a bundle-and-save discount. My business owners, renters, auto and RV payments COMBINED with NTI are now less than what I was paying for auto and RV alone with State Farm!! And the best part He’s local!!
