We dealt with Northern Arizona Fiduciaries (NAF) in our home purchase. They represented the deceased property owner. I first have to say not all of his wishes and instructions were met. It seems that the ones that weren't kept were the most beneficial financially to NAF. In the process of us purchasing our home from NAF, we unfortunately had to be out of state for most of the process as I was ill.
We had negotiated the purchase with furnishings. When we took possession of the property, not only were all furnishings removed, there were shelves in the garage and 2 metal safes that were all bolted to the ground that were removed. The generator and the cord to the generator that runs the well in the case of a power outage was removed. Also, all of the verbiage that pertained to the residence and the land was removed such as where the water lines are. It's frustrating, as these things will never benefit anyone other than the property, not to mention the time it took the owner to put it all together to keep it on the property, and they just threw it all away. If you must use this company, make SURE you get everything in writing!! I wish I could give them -5 stars.

If you like being leached out of money Northern Arizona Fiduciaries is the place to go. Carla Jones does NOT have your best interests in mind. After my Grandma passed, my brother (21) and myself (19) had to clear out her house. Carla gave us only 4 hours that fit HER schedule. Throughout this deeply emotional process, Carla was more concerned about the house plants and when the house was built than helping my brother and I with anything. Everyone that works here is extremely rude and after one thing... MONEY. Carla seems to only work 3 days a week, but is happy to bill you $16,000. Awful, awful, awful.

I'm in Bozeman MT and needed help with a property in Show Low, AZ, as we had a death in my family down there. Did not know where to start, and I cannot tell you what a ROCKSTAR Carla Jones is in this company.. she's helped us through this process and continues to help! Very knowledgeable and helpful.!
