Nova at Green Valley is a great place to live, thanks to its amazing amenities and friendly staff. They have everything from a gym and valet trash service to a mailing room, and even more stuff I haven't tried out yet like the pool, hot tub, theater room, and game room. The units are also top notch. I’m renting the B3 unit and it’s well worth it.

The people working here, Heather, Lashaundria, and Michelle, are super friendly and always ready to help. They make living here a lot more fun. It's a fantastic place to call home, offering both comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.

Beautiful, newer units, great staff and management, maintenence responsive and they get the job done well.

To be realistic: No apartment complex is 100% safe unless you live in a city full of millionaires then that could be a possiblity. That is a risk you take with renting any unit. But compared to the neighboring cities, Green Valley is safer and quieter. When the mailroom was broken into, action was taken and everyone was immediately notified. When the security gate malfunctioned, everyone got notified, and it got it fixed fairly quickly. There are other apartment complexes that turn a blind eye to problems that arise. Nova isn't one of them.

Even the units have a built in alarm system. I'm satisfied with what Nova provides

2/5 is a 35/100 for me.

Let me start with the good:

The office staff are very kind, welcoming and helpful.
The gym is always clean as well as the pool, hot tub and gathering areas.
The apartments are new and nice.
They are partnered with WiFi boxes so that’s super easy.
Most of the months I felt very safe and happy here.

The bad:
A few days ago, my license plate on my car was stolen here over night. Even though there is security. (We talked to the security officer once and it was a young girl. I had to knock on her car window in order for her to even notice me and get off her phone… so that’s the security)
So, I had to call the police and do a whole report and look at the cameras to prove that it was stolen here. It started to make me feel very violated and unsafe due to the fact that my plate was VERY stuck on my car so, the person who stole it had to be with my car for a long time trying to pry it off.. bonus points there is no camera footage of this happening.

There is a VERY large need for more cameras and security also due to other reviews.

The mail room has been broken into twice. By someone who somehow has a master USPS key. Therefore is actively stealing mail from residents. (During tax season. Scary)

The front gate box was broken due to vandalism.

The hot tub breaks a lot sadly.

The trash company is interesting and sassy lol basically if you don’t do things 100% perfectly you trash won’t get picked up. They do the bare minimum in recycling though. They barely pick up recycling and you have to put it in a plastic (non recyclable bag) in order for them to even pick it up which dosnt make sense. Also no food waste is done here.

The carpet is kinda dirty. I know they make an
effort to once and awhile deep clean it but, residents don’t take their dogs out in time so there is pee stains kinda all over.

Parking is a literal nightmare. I don’t know who made this complex but they did not think about parking, period. All of the garages and car ports are taken and there is not enough “free”spots so good luck trying to find a spot after 5PM any day of the week.

All in all this is why I give nova a 3/5. More cameras, more security and more parking! This place would be great.

Words can’t express how thankful my girlfriend and I are for moving here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The amenities this place has to offer are amazing! If you were unsure about moving here I say just do it! Thank you Michelle for all your help, you’ve made it painless and easy! The kitchen is a big plus for us because we love food!

Apt complex Main water pipe burst, flooding my apt and instantly deleting half of my assets, then they kick me out for refusing to pay 200& more for the same apt one level below
, stay far far away from nova, bad news.
Shoddy construction. And corporate sleeze, stay far far away

Let me just say, when I first moved in I adored this complex, the office staff was so professional and nice, the complex was kept to tip top shape, there was cleaning staff daily in every building…then… they sold the property. Now amenities that we loved and sold us on this place that made it different are gone. No more complimentary waters, no more towels in the gym, now I have dog pee stains outside my floor elevator and the grass is two feet long in some areas. They haven’t even taken down the blue move in mats from the elevators yet. I don’t want to be a “Karen” but the office staff is not well trained either, they can’t do anything unless the main manager is there. Basically this apartment is the same you can get anywhere else in Fairfield now, which is sad. Nothing is exceptional like it used to be with the other property management, that’s why all the good reviews are from when they owned it, so don’t be fooled.

I tried to give this place a chance regardless of the low review rating. But found out immediately why this place is awful. Dishonesty from the management from the day I walked in. I leased an apartment and was told that there would be a parking stall available for me to add to rent. Then to find out the stall was way over on the complete opposite side of the whole complex in another buildings parking lot and right next to a broke down vehicle that was hugging the whole parking spot. I reached out to management this isn't going to work and was told this was the only parking spot available on the whole. I emailed them and reached out asking to at least find me an available apartment in the next building then before I move any furniture in. Got no answer other than them explaining that they have had issues with broke down vehicles on their property that they have been trying to get towed away. They even have people using the designated loading zones as their all night personal parking. Very disrespectful especially if you need to be close to your building to carry things up. My first day there signing my papers I knew there was a red flag as soon as I heard the property manager come in the office and say " I cant wait until we close this pool!" while it was a heatwave and a lot of people were enjoying the pool. Next day I get an email that the pool will be closed for an apparently broken part. The dishonesty and ignoring my request to move to another building was enough for me to not move in at all!!! I left the first week after seeing how many shady vehicles are on the property with no plates. You don't have to take my word for it, go there and take a tour and you will see. There sister property in Novato has way better ratings and managed way better. Beware of this place

I viewed this property with the property advisor Michelle. She was AMAZING. she was very thorough with showing me all layouts and all the amenities. She paid attention to detail and answered all my questions throughout the showing. I can’t wait to apply as this place is truly luxury and fit all my needs I was looking for in a complex.
