I don’t even know where to start but I will start by the first time I talked to Jeff, super easy going, answered all my questions, stated what he needed from us, upon receiving informed me all documents received and moved forward to see what how he could help us. I think at one point we spoke on a Saturday morning because I had questions that needed to be answered promptly and he was available. This whole process took about five months since we purchased a new build. As first time buyers you have no idea the emotional roller coaster that purchasing a home entails and all I can say is that having a Loan officer reassuring you that you’re in good hands gives you peace. His knowledge and thoroughness made my husband and I feel as the right choice was made to go with him. Every text , every call, and every email I made he answered. My family and I are forever grateful and will look to him for our future investment properties.
