Tried to deposit cash into the drive thru atms. The 1st one the touch pad wouldn't work past a couple touches. I tried numerous times and couldn't get to the deposit option die to the screen not working. I walled over to the other drive thru atm and that touch screen was great. However when I went to deposit cash it told me the deposit of check and cash was temporarily unavailable. I'm scared to put cash in a drop box so I just kept it. I do love working with nunerica. It's the best bank! The atms just need fixed

Great personable service Always. Self serve drive up banking machines available.

Frequently there's "some" waiting in line for in-bank, banking, so plan ahead (it helps when people have everything ready before getting up there.)
When there's a line, its usually all the people who have lengthy issues. Good thing the drive through machines are fast for the simple things (simple deposits, withdrawls and balance inquiries).

I love getting a copy of my checks on my deposit receipt when I deposit outside through the machine.

BEWARE! DO NOT BANK HERE OR FINANCE ANYTHING HERE!!

Had my truck loan with them for a year and sold the truck. The entire year was hell with anything related to Numerica for my truck loan. From after purchase paperwork, terrible in-lobby experience with unnecessary LONG wait times with staff not helping others in line. And lastly, it’s been 2 YEARS since I sold my truck, with numerous calls to Numerica to REMOVE THE LOAN FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. I’ve had no other problems with any other bank to this degree. And to this day it still reflects on my credit that I have a open loan with them, and they do not want to really help in any way to get it removed.

3 things to know if you're going to do business with Numerica:

(1) "Courtesy Pay" will cost you $30 for overdrafts generated by Numerica's policies. For example: mobile deposit a check to cover a transaction. Numerica might or might not hold the check, but any withdrawals posted during their hold period still generate overdrafts you pay for out of your deposit when their hold clears. They say it's "courtesy pay", a bargain at $30 each time they do it. Maybe 4 times in the last 4 years I've requested to deactivate this "Courtesy Pay" nonsense for all my accounts, and the teller smiles and says "sure!", only to find these fees assessed again maybe a year into the future. It's Courtesy Pay Groundhog Day.

(2) Press 2 for Espanol. Calling Numerica will land you in an automated robot you have to dial numbers with. Life is short, time is precious, please listen carefully as our menu options have changed. If you figure out how to reach a human (hint: select "apply for a loan") your hold experience will repeat Numerica's own ads about their awesome, happy new services over and over. Is it just me, or is this painful for everyone? I love being a captive audience for ads while I wait. I found a smaller credit union who answers with a real person each time I call -- no menus. I'm way happier with this.

(3) Numerica's Credit cards have aggressive fraud protection, meaning transactions I place online can stall, decline or robocall again with their computer that has 4 different voices demanding whether I "approve" my own transactions. I bank with 3 credit unions and 1 large bank. Numerica is the only place that keeps demanding such attention, sometimes texting me and calling me in the same day about an $80 transaction online -- even with sellers I've bought from a dozen times using this very same card. If you want this much fun, Numerica can hook you up.

Numerica employees are great, very helpful and chipper. Underneath the happy skin, you too may wish to avoid "courtesy" pay that isn't courteous, robocalls about "fraud protection", or "press 4 for" menus when you call to have your courtesy pay fees reversed after opting out a year ago... for the third year in a row.

Other CU's respect my money, respect my time, and answer "Hello, this is Mary" in English when I call. I can't say that for Numerica as of early 2023.

Very unprofessional branch. They don't support people with disabilities and decided to close my account due to my mental health illness. I was told by my attorney that I could open a lawsuit but I declined because I'd rather just not do business with such an evil place.
