Open only 3 days a week. Accessible only to Leisure World residents. Includes an ITM machine outside. During this pandemic as of Aug 19 2020 mask is required to conduct business inside the office

Always a long line. Because this branch is not no open during the week, only on Tuesday and Thursday. The ATM machine doesn’t work while they are closed. We have 60,000 population surrounded this branch that isn’t working for us. More people would use this branch if they opened up with more days.

I’ve always had top notch service from this branch. Everyone is super welcoming and helpful here. Branch is restricted however in some service which forces me to drive to Ling Beach sometimes but that’s not the fault of the branch employees.
Shorten hold times waiting for customer service!!
