I called to get information about an adjuster's email & shopping for better rates...I have been with them a few years now.
I've always dealt with Danielle (who no longer works there) and so I dealt with Bruce. This man could have cared less...he was writing something as we were speaking, when I called him out on it...he was very callous & rude.
I guess they don't need the customers.
Don't bother with this company unless you want to be treated like you don't matter. You're hard earned $$$$ can & will be appreciated elsewhere.
