Omni was called to my home after an oil spill in my basement. I was told that everything would be done in about a month. The crew from Omni was reckless and disposed of many personal and valuable items that could not possibly have had oil contamination; the spill was approximately 150 gallons and not even 1/2 inch high on the basement floor. They disposed of plastic rubber maid totes containing Christmas heirlooms and ornaments and traditional items used at Christmas yearly, all my children's child hood hand made items and ornaments and crafts and a valuable card collection that belonged to my son. They disposed of one of a kind decorations and ornaments that were over 75 years old. All of my children's memories/traditions are gone. All of these items were neatly tucked away in large rubber maid containers. I was never asked if any thing could be tossed and was also told that I would be consulted. They broke all of my hand made ceramic items when they moved them to a slab in the basement they were not going to demolish. They were in and out of my home and cut all of my carpet out in my den accept for a small piece under the computer chair; no one gave them permission, they had my phone number. They lost the bar to my bulk head that secures from inside and bent the bulk head. They are an awful company and careless. Who ever hires them for a clean up; insurance company they will support the insurance company not the victim.
