If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who’s knowledgeable, experienced, and accessible Grant is your guy (and he’s local 🙂). From the very beginning, Grant made the process very comfortable and easy to understand for someone who’s not in that field. There was never a time when follow-up questions were not answered promptly (we had plenty lol).

Once we found our perfect home in Fall River, MA it took 6 DAYS for the FHA loan to be approved (can you say efficient/ He’s the BEST).

If English is not your first language (like myself) the thought of buying a home can be overwhelming, but please don’t let that stop you. Give Grant a call, he will answer your questions and get you approved. He also recommended the most amazing realtor agent.
